THE CHALLENGE

Chartwells Higher Ed, a leading provider of dining and hospitality services across top universities, needed a way to elevate their campus programs beyond standard cafeteria operations. With diverse student populations and unique campus cultures, from Northeastern’s 30,000+ students, Baylor’s 20,000 to LSU’s 39,000 and the University of Chicago’s 16,000, the challenge was to create dining experiences that felt custom, immersive, and deeply connected to each campus community.
